Jill found reflexology as a therapy while undergoing cancer treatment in 1997. Having enjoyed the benefits that reflexology bought to her recovery she decided to train in this therapy as a way of giving back to the wider community. She trained at the London School of Reflexology qualifying in 2000. Jill is a member of the Association of Reflexologists. 

Keen to expand her skill set Jill trained as a reiki master practitioner qualifying in 2020. She enjoys this modality to such an extent that she went on to complete her reiki master teacher training and now teaches Reiki 1 and 2 under the Home of Reiki umbrella. Not content with just reflexology and reiki Jill expanded her skill set further in 2023 when she gained the practitioners diploma in crystal healing.

Jill is passionate about working with her clients to help them find balance and calm while navigating busy lives. She recognises the benefits that her therapies bring to reduce stress and anxiety and will always tailor her treatments to meet clients specific needs. Her focus is on creating a calm and relaxing environment for her clients to get the full benefit from their sessions. The benefits from these modalities include, a reduction in stress and anxiety, better sleep, help with pain management, a reduction in symptoms, alongside many other benefits.
