Ben is an Acupuncturist, Toyohari Practitioner and Soft Tissue Therapist. A graduate of the International College of Oriental Medicine in classical stems & branches and 5 element acupuncture. He has gone on to train as a Toyohari practitioner, Facial Enhance® acupuncture and with non-insertion techniques for the treatment of scar tissue.

He trained at the London School of Sports Massage in Sports and Remedial Massage to level 5 and worked with the Samoan rugby team during their 2015 world cup campaign.

Ben is a Qigong practitioner and taught Tai Chi for two years with the Hine Institute.
