to attain optimum health. Nutritional Therapy is based on the
belief that if you give yourself the best possible intake of
nutrients, your body will respond by giving you a long, healthy
and happy life. Each person is an individual with unique needs,
strengths and weaknesses. The tools for this include good quality
food, clean water, sunlight, fresh air, exercise and lots of
quality rest.
What
do sessions involve?
Prior to your first appointment you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire about
your health systems, eating habits and lifestyle. At the initial
consultation the information you provide will be discussed in
detail and an assessment made together with an explanation regarding
your health concerns. This will last for approximately 1½ hour.
Recommendations may be made including dietary and or lifestyle
changes. A supplement programme tailored to your needs may be
given to provide essential nutrients to redress deficiencies
and to aid healing and detoxification. With your permission
kinesiological techniques may be included in your sessions,
allowing a deeper insight to your individual requirements
and providing a totally holistic treatment personalized for you.
If necessary, non-invasive tests can be arranged to provide further information.
Follow
up appointments in which progress will be monitored and appropriate
changes made last about 45 minutes. |
