Alex originally qualified as a holistic massage therapist and Reiki practitioner in 2000 and has gone on to train in remedial massage techniques.
Over the last few years she has ventured into the local high school to teach teenagers about the use of complementary therapies in stress management, is a Community Responder for South East Coast Ambulance and a volunteer therapist for the local Marie Curie Hospice.
